Amanda Hammar (Zimbabwe)
Amanda is a Zimbabwean development researcher and consultant currently based in Scandinavia. She has extensive education and professional experience in the field of international development.

Ower the past twenty years she has accumulated particular experience in instutional and social development aspects of rural development, much of this is the water supply and sanitation sector and water resources management, as well as in decentralisation and local research, with a special focus on the politics of land in southern Africa, on which she has published fairly widely in recent years including a co-edited book in 2003 focused on the ongoing crisis in Zimbabwe.
